Returns
We hope you are completely satisfied with your order. However, if you change your mind and wish to return an item for any reason, we aim to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible using our online returns system.
To set up a return, please log into your account and navigate to ‘My Orders’ in the left-hand menu. Here, you can view all your previous orders. Find the order you wish to return and, under the ‘Actions’ tab, click ‘Return’ to begin the process.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incomplete, please select the appropriate reason and provide as much detail as possible about the issue. Where possible, include images to help us assess the problem quickly.
You have 14 days to return your order if you change your mind or no longer want the item. Please note that return carriage costs are your responsibility unless the item was supplied in error or is damaged beyond repair and you choose to cancel your order. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, the original delivery charge is non-refundable.
